Help


  1. Open a topic in the How do I? area.
  2. Select content on each tab.
  3. Open other topic areas and add content.
  4. Click Start training to get started right away.
    -Or-
  5. Click Go to My learning plan if you are a registered user and want to track your progress, then click Start training.
  1. Register on the WBT.
  2. Log in as a registered user.
  3. If you are in your learning plan, click Add more training content.
  4. Open a topic area in the How do I? area.
  5. Select content on each tab.
  6. Open other topic areas and add content.
  7. Click Go to My learning plan.
  8. Click Start training.
  1. On your learning plan, click Update My personal information.
  2. Update your information.
  3. Click Update.
  1. Click the Contact us link on the WBT login page and call the appropriate technical support desk number. -Or-
  2. Log in to Access Online and click the Training link.
  3. Find the passwords at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Register on the WBT.
  2. Log in as a registered user.
  3. Open a topic and select any training content you want to review.
  4. Select the Certification tab.
  5. Select each topic you want to be certified in.
  6. Click Start Training.
  7. Review any training content you selected.
  8. When you are done, click Finish and go to my learning plan.
  9. Click Go to certification.
  10. Answer each question.
  11. Click Print certificate.
